1 Day Baucau Tour

The one day tour to Baucau and Venilale will take you along the north coast through the busiest road in the country – connecting its two main cities.

On the way to Manatuto, the coast line will vary from the beach-side roads to the cliff edge ones, with a mandatory stop near the Subão for photographs.

Manatuto is a beautiful village on the coast, where you can easily find clay and pottery artefacts. From Manatuto to Baucau the road goes along the plains with occasional hills where you can find Laleia with its rice paddies and Vemasse.

Baucau is located on a plateau 350m high and has the biggest airport in the country. It is the second city largest city in the country, with many Portuguese influences, a big market and many palm trees and green-red acacia trees.
